The required documents for recording changes are as follows:
* For recording an assignment:
ü A Deed of Assignment that is notarized and legalized at the Indonesian Consulate.
ü A Power of Attorney and a Statement of Intention to Use, both are simply signed on behalf of the Assignee.
* For recording a Merger:
ü A Deed of Merger that is notarized and legalized at the Indonesian Consulate.
ü A Power of Attorney and a Statement of Intention to Use, both are simply signed on behalf of by the Assignee (the surviving company).
* For recording a Change of Name:
ü A notarized OR an originally-certified true copy of the document evidencing the name change.
ü A simply signed Power of Attorney.
* For recording a Change of Address, we only require a simply signed Power of Attorney.
