We encourage you to participate actively in the discussion board on this site. We want thisdiscussion board to give an opportunity for exchanges of different views and experiences that challenge, stimulate, and enlighten our perception. To maximize the effectiveness of this discussion board as an exercise chamber in focused knowledge-sharing and debate on specific intellectual property issues, this discussion has a moderator, who will screen all messages to make sure that they are relevant to the subject, and that they adhere to the following basic rules:

1.      The Official Language

The official language of this forum is English. Since www.ambadar.com is an English site, all comments must be posted in English.

2.      Personal Identification

You must include your name in every message, which you post to the Discussion Board. You cannot represent yourself as another person or anonymous.

3.      Observe Common Courtesy

Please be courteous and professional at all times when you post your comment to this forum. It also goes without saying that swearing, profanity, sexual references, etc are strictly prohibited. Do not post inappropriate contents (messages or pictures) including: sexually explicit (or pornographic), obscene, vulgar, hateful, threatening and illegal messages. Do not post negative remarks based on age, race, weight, ethnic, religion or sexual orientation. Do not use insulting, threatening or provoking language. Do not incite hatred on the basis of race, religion, gender, nationality or sexuality or other personal characteristic.

4.      Maintain Liability and Responsibility

You may post a small amount of third-party material, but please help us to avoid breaching copyright by naming its author and publication. We are unable to investigate all third party material, so where possible, please provide a link instead. You are solely responsible for the contents of your messages. Do not use the discussions to engage in illegal activities, including copyright infringement, defamation and libel. You can only post materials that you have the right or permission to distribute electronically. You agree to always identify the source and author of materials you put on your post. You are legally and solely responsible for any content that you post for a discussion. We reserve the right to remove any message that violates these rules, and will revoke any member's privileges for inappropriate usage and behavior.
